I had no idea what I would write about today, although I knew that I had to write something, it’s a rule. I started typing the address and a big surprise was waiting for me. The blog’s theme had been altered! I knew that Princess had the password for the blog but She has never shown any signs of using it, until today.

First of all, I have to admit that new theme is quite… different. I’m not sure if I should call it “girlish”, but it’s certainly has nothing in common with the old one. The old theme was black and dark, the new one is light and colorful. I’m not going to criticize it any further, besides it is Princess’s choice and, of course, I will just have to accept it without asking too many questions. I’m just wondering about the motives. I mean, even if it’s not girlish, it certainly isn’t boyish. And now that I look at it again, if someone visited a blog with this theme, he would assume it would be a girl’s blog, right? I may be trying too hard to read between the lines here, and creating conspiracy theories for nothing, but let’s say that I’m right, let’s say that there is a purpose behind this decision, what would be it?

One explanation could be that Princess wanted to emphasize that it’s Her blog, so She chose something that would be more like Her. The truth is that the old theme was more than me, and I was surprised when Princess initially chose it, but I know that She finds black very erotic, so that could well be a reason. That’s probable, sure! But if (just if) this theme is as girlish as I think it is, then I believe that She’s clearly trying to humiliate me here. You know, like “look that boy is writing on a blog with a girlish theme, he’s probably a sissy or something!”. It is like (and I don’t want to plant any ideas) having me wear Her pink skirt in public…

Anyway, I said I wouldn’t question Princess’s decision, and I won’t. I’m not saying I don’t like it, besides it’s easier and more comfortable for someone to read it, I just had a thought or two and I felt like writing them. Besides, that’s what I’m supposed to do, express my feelings and my thought, without worrying about the consequences. Now, I have to get back to work. No matter what I may say, this surprise got me in a much better mood Thanks You Princess!

P.S. Honestly, how girlish do you people think it is? (just a little poll, hopefully Princess will find some amusing replies there…)
